Therapy

Connection Comes First.

Therapy isn't about someone telling you how to live your life.

It's a space to understand yourself, recognize patterns, process difficult experiences, build healthier ways of coping, and create meaningful changes at your own pace.

Our therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns.

Treatment may incorporate evidence-based approaches while remaining individualized to each client's needs, personality, goals, and experiences.

Sunlit leaves with the words Small steps today can lead to big changes tomorrow. Keep going.

A Little About Me

I believe therapy starts with feeling heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing without fear of judgment.

I work with clients to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I take the time to understand each person's unique story, strengths, needs, and goals.

My goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you through the process, and help you move toward where you want to be.

Your story matters. Your voice matters. You matter.

I work with all insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.

A Little Bit About Me

Hi, my name is Casiandra, but most people call me Casi. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with three years of experience working with clients across a wide range of mental health needs, from high acuity situations to everyday life challenges. I'm a big believer in meeting people where they are. I take a client centered approach and believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself without judgment. We'll work together to figure out what you need, what your goals are, and how I can best support you in getting there.

I'm naturally energetic, warm, and personable, and I really value building a genuine connection with the people I work with. I want you to feel like you're working with someone who truly listens, understands, and is in your corner. I also believe that you don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

That's part of what we can work through together. Whether you're going through a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for support.

A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Kayla! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families through some of life's most challenging seasons.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional challenges, family conflict, substance use, relationship concerns, parenting stress, and other complex life circumstances. Much of my experience has been within intensive, home- and community-based settings, which has shaped my belief that therapy is most effective when we take the time to understand the whole person, including the relationships, experiences, and systems that impact their lives.

I have particular experience working with young children and their caregivers, including children from birth to age six, as well as children and adolescents with higher behavioral and emotional needs. I have also supported foster children, foster parents, and families navigating reunification, transitions, and changes within the family system.

In addition to my work with children and families, I have extensive experience working directly with parents and adults. I understand that adults are often balancing multiple roles and responsibilities while trying to manage their own emotional well-being. I enjoy helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, parenting challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and the feeling of simply being overwhelmed by everything they are carrying.

My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy doesn't have to feel overly formal or clinical. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported while also having space to explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical ways to move forward.

Whether you are navigating parenting challenges, family stress, trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, a major life transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed and needing a space that is yours, my goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you toward where you want to be.

I see clients by telehealth only.

Whether you're considering a career change, adjusting to a new chapter in life, feeling stuck, or trying to reconnect with what matters most, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity.

Together, we'll explore your strengths, values, interests, and goals while identifying practical steps toward a life and career that feel meaningful and authentic to who you truly are. My hope is that you leave counseling feeling heard, understood, and confident in your ability to move forward.

You don't need to have it all figured out. Sometimes, you just need a space to begin.
