Private practice here is not a packed hospital schedule or a one-size-fits-all protocol. It is a small group practice where you have time to sit with people, hear their story, and build a real relationship.

You bring your own personality, training, and specialties. Clients are met where they are — whether they are ready for big changes or just figuring out the next step. Care can be in person at our South Windsor office or by telehealth across Connecticut, depending on the role and what is clinically appropriate.

Therapists and psychiatric providers work under one roof. When it helps, and when a client agrees, you can collaborate instead of working in isolation. The pace is human. The work is still clinical, but it does not have to feel rigid.

Roles are 1099 contractor positions. You work on your own and independently. Building a caseload is part of being successful here. That means making connections and talking with other providers, referral sources, and people in the community so clients can find you.
